OSTRAVA - VÝŠKOVICE

The skatepark in Ostrava - Výškovice was one of the first skateparks in Ostrava. The original metal obstacles installed on the asphalt surface were replaced with a full-concrete monolith. The entire project was quite unique for our company, as we acted as a subcontractor only for concrete obstacles and a concrete floor in the revitalization of the entire area. The rest of the implementation, as well as the architectural design, was handled by Techartstav Ltd. This is our first implementation in the Czech Silesia and we are happy that it happened right in the iconic city of Ostrava. The design of the skatepark seems outdated at first glance, but it is the simplicity of the obstacles makes the project a unique traditional concrete skatepark among numerous modern skateplazas. The project is well design fall all skateboarders, bikers and scooter riders.
